Very good location. Majority historical sites are in walkable distance. Ar least two groceries and many places to eat near hotel. Hotel room was super clean and comfortable. Comfortable kitchen for common use. Thanks for coffee. And ventilator of course.

Too hot in the room. Ventilator helped a little. If you open the window to let some cooler air in in the evening, street noise is irritating and it is difficult to wep. Then you need to leave ventilator throughout the night, which is also noisy, but otherwise it is too hot to sleep. Of course this comment is valid only during very hot weather. Everything else was excellent.

Nice stay

It was cozy , I liked that there were coffee capsules and some chocolate croissant and water bottles. I also really appreciated the full automated check in. I also like the restaurants around and the area in general.

Good location, clean rooms

The location was ok- about 20 minutes to the historical centre and attractions, many restaurants and cafes close by. The room was clean and had a coffee machine. There's also a communal kitchen.

The room wasn't ready at 15:00 and we had to wait for about 25 minutes to check in. There's no air conditioning and it was very hot in 34 degrees- there is a fan though. The room was quite small.

Wonderful

Nice and comfortable hotel in a very good but not crowded location, close to the city centre, surrounded by many restaurants. The room was equipped with everything we needed. Good value for price, I would stay again there.

Only thing the noise of the trams passing under the window, but even with this I would recommend.

Great stay! Clean room with enough space! Bathroom was spacious enough as well (no hairdryer fyi) Bar fridge was very welcome as a traveller. Location is perfect, close to transport and the main area of Vienna. Heaps of amazing bars, cafes and restaurants around. As described this is a self checkin/self service hotel so there is no “lobby” or “common area”. Instructions to check in were easy enough, & the room can be serviced.

Enjoy a cuppa coffee from the pod machine at the room next to the tram stop to the city centre

Next to the tram stop/ Unexpected pod coffee machine and the clean fridge/ public kitchen

The door was slightly hard to be opened with the key. I also helped another guest to open the door on the second day's stay.

Stay here when coming to Vienna!

it was in a good location, very clean. I loved that we had a kitchen with tea and coffee. I had no problems checking in our out. I felt very safe in the location. there were nice places to eat and drink around. very close to PT.

it was a bit odd without staff there! it would have been nice to talk to people and ask things. they were available via message but it takes longer and isn’t the same as if they were available in person.

Enjoyable

I had never stayed in a self check in hotel &, I must say I had doubts about doing so. At first I missed the lack of a reception where I could sort out any problems if I had any & where I could ask for any recommendations for local restaurants etc. & access to local transport etc. The posted list of recommended local restaurants, cafes, bars etc proved very useful. My single room was good, very clean & very comfortable & the shower & bathroom/toilet facilities were very good. On the rare occasion that I met the house management staff, they were friendly & welcoming. Finally the location of the hotel was very good being 15/20 minutes walk from the Stephandom & the centre of the city, 10 minutes walk from the Schottenring U bahn Station and with the D tram stop almost outside the hotel. All in all I thought I thought the hotel was good value for money.

Comfortable stay

Very clean room, neighbourhood feels safe & close to a few trams & metro stations to get into old Town. Room had an expresso machine & fridge Hall way was nicely decorated with black-white pictures & has shared kitchen/dining space.

The fridge in the room had a bad odor. Since it is next to tram line, it can be noisy when window is open. Something to note as it doesn't bother me much
